Job Details

:Duties
  • Answer or forward all incoming emails
  • Arrange schedules and manage correspondence
  •  Manage and filing general files and records, maintaining a logical organization system so they can easily access and send information when requested
  • Take attendance for staff and manage with accountant
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  •  Typing, preparing and collating reports
  •  Managing databases
