Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings. Conduct regular audits of financial data and processes for accuracy and compliance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred. Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis, typically 5+ years. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
