Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist in Cairo, Egypt. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer service provided to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. This role includes reviewing customer interactions, performing quality checks, preparing reports, providing feedback to improve performance, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes and guidelines in customer service operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices. Experience in Quality Control and Quality Auditing techniques. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
