Role Description
We are seeking a Fluent English Customer Service Representative for a full-time hybrid role, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The role involves engaging with customers to provide excellent service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling communications in English, translating customer concerns if needed, and delivering a professional, supportive experience for all clients.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to understand and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Proficiency in English, with abilities in teaching and translation for professional interactions. Experience in training and mentoring for skill development and team growth. Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and strong organizational skills to manage tasks independently. Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Prior experience in customer-centric roles or industries is a plus.
