Role Description This full-time position of Auto Loan Sales Representative is an on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will assist customers in obtaining suitable auto loan financing options, delivering a seamless buying experience. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on loan products, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, negotiating loan terms, and collaborating with sales and finance departments to meet sales goals.
Qualifications Strong proficiency in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales is required. Experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships, Retention, and Satisfaction strategies. Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to handle client inquiries professionally. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Prior experience with financial products or auto loans is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet targets and deadlines.
