Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Support Agent, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through both voice and non-voice communication channels. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting customer concerns. A professional approach, clear communication, and solutions-oriented service delivery are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers via voice and non-voice channels Ability to perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to address customer issues efficiently Proficiency in English is required, both spoken and written Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory
