Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role located in Egypt. The Design Engineer will engage in creating and optimizing designs, developing innovative solutions for products, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. Daily tasks include drafting technical drawings, employing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, refining product designs for functionality and efficiency, and supporting the production process. The role involves ensuring all designs meet quality standards, project specifications, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design, with the ability to create and implement innovative and practical solutions. Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create technical drawings and models. Understanding of manufacturing standards and processes, as well as attention to detail for quality assurance in designs. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Experience in aluminium fabrication or a related field is a plus.
