Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities include ensuring top-tier employer branding, conducting interviews, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in a professional, timely manner. Collaboration with teams to understand staffing demands and strategizing for talent acquisition will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing Understanding and implementation of Employer Branding strategies Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the construction or contracting sector is advantageous
