• ⁠Receptionist

Branch 1 Location: Cairo Business Park – New Cairo

Branch 2 Location: Gardenia City Walk Mall – Nasr City

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and attitude and good looking

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain records, schedules, and office supplies
• Support administrative tasks as needed
