1. Job Purpose
To independently develop and manage customers in the assigned target market while closely coordinating with the Vietnam Sales team to approach key customers, close deals, and expand the company’s market presence.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach, and develop customers in the assigned market while coordinating with the Vietnam Sales team to develop key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Act as the local sales representative by conducting regular customer visits to build relationships, manage assigned accounts, monitor sales progress, and handle customer feedback.
- Support customer product trials and testing activities, collect and distribute product samples when required, and provide timely feedback to support customers’ purchasing decisions.
- Monitor local selling prices, distribution practices, and competitive activities; regularly collect, update, and report market intelligence, sales activities, and customer developments to the Vietnam Sales team.
3. Products / Market Scope
- Industrial chemical products: PVC Stabilizers, Metallic Soaps, CPE, ACR, TiO₂, WAX, etc.
- Customers: Local manufacturers, distributors, trading companies, OEMs.
- Market: Assigned target market (e.g., Egypt, India).
