  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate at optimal performance.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to customers’ operators and maintenance staff.
  • Prepare service reports, document interventions, and communicate feedback to the agency.
  • Assist in machine trials, testing of molds, and optimization of production parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards during all service activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high service satisfaction.
