  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, verifying guest information and handling payments.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns both in person and via phone or email.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved swiftly.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts using hotel management software.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Arrange airport transfers, guided tours, and sightseeing programs as requested by guests.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and informational materials.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing daily reports.
