???? About the Role We are hiring a Performance Graphic Designer to support 51Talk’s advertising and social media efforts in the Middle East market.
This role is ideal for a creative and performance-minded designer who understands visual hierarchy, ad psychology, and conversion-focused design. You will create and optimize static and motion-based creatives for information-flow and paid media platforms.

Key Responsibilities Performance Creative Design: Design high-converting static and lightweight motion creatives for paid ads and social media campaigns Creative Ideation & Execution: Develop visual concepts based on user insights, market trends, and campaign objectives Platform Optimization: Adapt designs for Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other information-flow platforms, following best practices Data-Driven Iteration: Review performance metrics (CTR, CVR, engagement) and continuously refine designs for better results Competitor & Trend Research: Analyze competitor creatives and regional trends to improve design effectiveness Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with media buyers, video editors, and marketers to support rapid testing cycles

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or above (Design / Visual Communication / Advertising preferred)2+ years experience in performance or paid-ads graphic design Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (After Effects or motion skills are a plus) Strong understanding of ad visuals, hooks, and conversion-oriented layouts Ability to execute fast, iterate quickly, and manage multiple creatives efficiently Detail-oriented, data-aware, and performance-focused mindset
???? Language & Culture Fluent Arabic with strong understanding of Middle Eastern culture and audience preferences Good English for collaboration with international teams
