Job Title Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Summary NOK HC is looking for a well-organized and presentable Executive Administrative Assistant to support top management by handling emails, coordinating meetings, and managing daily administrative tasks. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Job Description:Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Organize executive schedules and ensure smooth calendar planning️Oversee general administrative duties that keep the office running efficiently Support internal communication and coordination between departments
Job Requirements:Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Experience in document management, filing, and archiving (both physical and digital records) Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) Highly organized, professional, and presentable Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Strong coordination and teamwork abilities Effective presentation and public-speaking skills
