In this role, you’ll assist customers with technical issues, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure a smooth and positive experience with every interaction. Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to US customers via phone Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively Explain solutions clearly and confidently to customers Ensure customer satisfaction and first-call resolution Document cases accurately and follow processes Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals✅ Who Can Apply?
