About the Role We are looking for an experienced FF&E Manager to lead and establish our FF&E technical and project delivery capability, ensuring smooth transition from design to execution and full compliance with international hotel operators.
Key Responsibilities Define FF&E methodologies, workflows, and technical standards. Review designs, specifications, and operator brand requirements. Prepare FF&E schedules, specifications, and technical submissions. Identify technical risks and execution challenges early. Act as technical representative with owners, consultants, and operator. Support bidding, pricing assumptions, and pre-contract planning. Build and manage FF&E vendor & supplier database. Strengthen client relationships and support business growth. Requirements7+ years of experience in FF&E / hospitality / interior projects. Strong exposure to international hotel operators. Solid understanding of FF&E scope, materials, and execution. Detail-oriented, structured, and client-facing.
