Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, for a Customer Service Representative at MICO WORLD. The role involves providing outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to concerns through various communication channels, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications Qualifications B2-C1 is a Must as we need fluent speakers Rotational shifts and rotational days off so if you will not accept this please dont apply Strong skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and assisting users with inquiries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
