We’re looking for someone who can own AI Solutions end-to-end — from architecture decisions to production delivery. This role is for a builder who has launched real projects from scratch and can lead developers while staying hands-on technically.
What You’ll Own Lead development of AI-powered products from zero to scale Define system architecture and technical direction Build and review backend systems using PHP Laravel Oversee and contribute to Flutter mobile apps Guide AI integrations and technical strategy Mentor developers and raise engineering standards Drive delivery timelines without sacrificing quality Turn product ideas into production-ready systems What We’re Looking For:Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, such as engineering, computer science. They also need to hold a master's degree in project management, business administration, or other related discipline. Experience building AI-driven projects from scratch Strong backend engineering background in Laravel Hands-on Flutter development experience+10 years of Proven leadership or tech lead experience Architecture and scalability mindset Ability to make high-level technical decisions Product-thinking, not just coding Portfolio / shipped projects required
