Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include providing excellent support via various communication channels, addressing customer concerns efficiently, recording interactions, and maintaining a high standard of service quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and achieving Customer Satisfaction Competency in delivering an outstanding Customer Experience and interacting effectively with diverse customers Bilingual proficiency, including fluency in Arabic and English, for seamless communication Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt in a dynamic, customer-focused environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
