Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the tendering process, including preparing and submitting proposals, analyzing documentation, reviewing tender requirements, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams such as procurement and sales, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with tender regulations and policies.
Qualifications Proficiency in Tender Management and preparation of technical & commercial proposals Hands-on experience with ERP Systems for tender management, procurement, pricing, and reporting Strong analytical skills to evaluate tender requirements and identify optimal solutions Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders Solid understanding of procurement processes and best practices Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills Previous experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and meet tight deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
