- Lead strategy, architecture, and operations of scalable hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance
- Drive end-to-end automation through CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and configuration management to enable fast, reliable software delivery
- Oversee container platforms and modern application infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes), including observability to optimize observability, resilience, and resource capacity., resilience, and capacity optimization
- Establishes DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to formalize proactive monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Drive release management, change control, and operational documentation while mentoring DevOps engineers and promoting automation culture.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps team to foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Skills
· Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
· Experience:
o +7 years of experience
· Technical Proficiency:
o Linux Mastery: Deep understanding of Linux internals (RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS), including networking, storage, and process management.
o Scripting: Proficiency in Bash and at least one high-level language (Python or Go) for automation.
o Container Orchestration: Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes (writing Helm charts, managing ingress controllers, mesh networking).
o CI/CD Tools: Strong experience configuring Jenkins pipelines and GitLab workflows (including Runners configuration).
o Databases: Hands-on administration experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL (clustering, replication, PITR).
o Version Control: Deep knowledge of Git branching strategies (GitFlow/Trunk-based development).
o Monitoring: Experience setting up Prometheus/Grafana for metrics and ELK/Loki for log aggregation.
Bonus Skills
o Experience with GCP.
o Knowledge of Service Mesh tools (Istio or Linkerd).
