Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Office & Cost Control Engineer – Wood Works located in New Cairo. The Engineer will oversee cost management, prepare budgets, analyze costs, and report on project expenditures. Responsibilities include project control, monitoring budget allocations, identifying discrepancies, and contributing to cost-saving strategies to ensure efficient project execution.
Qualifications Experience in woods from 3 to 7 years Comprehensive understanding of Cost Control and Cost Management in projects Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data Experience in Cost Reporting with accuracy and transparency Familiarity with Project Control practices and methodologies Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost management and analysis Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields Previous experience in the wood works industry is an advantage
