We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen our market leadership across Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute regional sales strategies for CNC machines across assigned markets Develop and manage strong relationships with key distributors, partners, and direct clients Identify new market opportunities Negotiate and close high-value B2B contracts Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs Collaborate closely with technical, application, and after-sales teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery, CNC equipment, or capital equipment
Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics within the Middle East market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach to closing deals
Willingness to travel across Egypt.
