Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Employee located in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, selling insurance products, developing effective insurance sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires collaboration with clients to identify their insurance needs, guiding them through policies, and ensuring their satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
Qualifications Expertise in Insurance Sales, including the ability to meet sales targets and build long-term client relationships Knowledge of Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, and the ability to navigate diverse insurance products and policies Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain a high level of satisfaction Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify client opportunities and present tailored solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in an office environment Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
