The Role
This is a founding-stage execution role, not a routine job.
You will work directly with the founder to activate Match Watch in the real world by securing confirmed partnerships and supporting on-ground execution.

Core Responsibilities
The primary mission of this role is to secure real-world activation for Match Watch through confirmed partnerships.
This includes:
- Closing Hot Spot venue agreements with restaurants, cafés, and social destinations that will host recurring Match Watch events and ongoing collaboration.
- Securing institutional pilot collaborations with hospitals, corporates, or organizations that officially allow Match Watch visibility or employee participation.
- Supporting strategic distribution partnerships such as platforms, syndicates, or bundled exposure channels when relevant.
- Managing follow-ups, meetings, and communication required to move discussions from interest → confirmation → activation.
- Tracking all outreach, conversations, and deal status in an organized and measurable way.
Success in this role is measured primarily by:

- Initial period: Part-time during Ramadan
- Transition: Full-time after Ramadan based on performance

- Preference for candidates living in or near New Cairo or Maadi for easier mobility and consistent attendance.
- Owning a car is a strong advantage due to frequent partner visits in New Cairo and surrounding areas, but it is not mandatory.

This role follows a startup-stage compensation model that includes:
- Fixed monthly income
