Job Details

  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly F&B costs to ensure alignment with budgeted targets.
  • Develop and implement cost control procedures and systems for food and beverage operations.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Collaborate with procurement and kitchen teams to optimize purchasing and minimize waste.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and present actionable insights to management.
  • Track and analyze variances in food and beverage costs, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Support menu engineering by evaluating item profitability and suggesting pricing adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding cost management.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes for F&B departments.
  • Train and support operational staff on cost control best practices and procedures.
