  • Design, implement, and maintain the company’s local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Install, configure, and support network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to support integration of new systems and technologies.
  • Conduct regular network assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and staff regarding network-related issues.
  • Assist in planning and executing network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for network security and data protection.
  • Stay updated with emerging network technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
