Roles & Responsibilities:
Overseeing communications with stakeholders and translating the business strategy into actionable people-centric initiatives. Handling all department staff; employee relations matter and effectively resolving them through comprehensive and impartial investigations. Offering direction and spearheading the execution of workforce planning strategies within their assigned departments. Collaborates with department leads & managers to identify candidate persona, updated JDs in alignment with Center of Excellence. Managing both onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a consistent and positive people-oriented experience. Maintaining a profound understanding of legal prerequisites relevant to day-to-day employee management, mitigating legal risks, and ensuring adherence to regulations. Collaborating with the legal department when necessary. Collaborating closely with both management and employees to enhance workplace relationships, foster team morale, and enhance productivity and employee retention. Providing guidance and implement People & culture policies as needed. Participating in the development and oversight of training initiatives, ensuring their effectiveness and following up to verify the achievement of training goals. Overseeing the talent acquisition practices; from ensuring hiring manager alignment, SLAs are met, to good candidate experience & probation period evaluation. Consolidate Monthly report for her/his team Performance & People insights, to be presented to management. Supervises and trains the talent acquisition team members, People & Culture Lead.
Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.10+ years of working experience, preferably as a HRBP in a fast-paced, hands-on environment (Preferable FMCG Background) The candidate must demonstrate successful experience sourcing for valuable potential recruitment, inclusive of managerial level prospects. HR diploma or an equivalent certificate is a plus. Proficient in English & Arabic (written and verbal) Prior experience working and applying HR principles with developing, maintaining and improving processes to achieve greater efficiencies and performance. Solid project management skills including attention to detail, highly organized Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver. The ability to work independently and in a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability to the changing business needs and processes. Advanced use of Excel and reporting tools.
