Job Title: B2B Corporate Sales Executive – Catering & Partnerships Brand: Holmes Burger Industry: F&B / Corporate Catering & Events Job Purpose To drive B2B revenue growth by selling Holmes Burger’s corporate solutions, including vouchers, direct meal supply, catering, events, and strategic partnerships, while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales Prospect, pitch, and close deals with corporate clients (banks, petroleum companies, agencies, corporates, schools, universities, and institutions). Sell across the full Holmes Burger corporate product portfolio, including:Corporate vouchers & gift solutions (customizable and co-branded with Holmes Burger). Direct meal supply & office-ready catering from the Holmes Burger menu. Corporate catering & event hosting at Holmes Burger branches. Partnership packages (corporate discount programs, co-marketing activations). Large-scale catering deals (concerts, festivals, school events, university events, corporate gatherings, etc.). Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.2. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts. Ensure smooth handover and coordination with Operations for catering orders and events. Follow up on deliveries, events, and activations to ensure client satisfaction. Build long-term partnerships that generate repeat and recurring business.3. Market Intelligence & Reporting Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis. Provide regular updates and reports on leads, pipeline, and closed deals. Recommend improvements to pricing, catering bundles, and corporate activation opportunities.4. Internal Collaboration Coordinate closely with Operations and Marketing to ensure flawless execution of Holmes Burger catering and corporate orders. Support marketing initiatives targeting corporate clients and partners. Work with Finance to ensure timely invoicing, collections, and contract compliance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly and quarterly corporate revenue achievement. Number of new corporate accounts closed per quarter. Repeat business rate from existing corporate clients. Contribution to catering and event revenue. Lead-to-deal conversion rate. Required Skills & Competencies Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of F&B operations and catering dynamics. Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English). Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with field sales. Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events when required. Experience & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, catering sales, or event partnerships (F&B / Hotels / Events preferred). Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. Valid driving license and personal car is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
