Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Life Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining Misr Life Insurance – Takaful products and services, and offering tailored insurance solutions to meet clients' needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Collaborating with team members and staying informed about industry updates is also expected.
Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a comprehensive understanding of Insurance and Takaful concepts Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and maintain strong client relationships Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance is advantageous Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner Self-motivated and target-driven with strong organizational and time-management capabilities Familiarity with Islamic Sharia-compliant insurance principles is a plus Previous experience in the insurance industry and a relevant bachelor's degree is highly preferred
