Regional Customer Director

The Regional Customer Director is responsible for driving strategic customer development, revenue growth, and commercial excellence across key regional accounts. The role ensures deep customer engagement, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the delivery of innovative, compliant, and value-creating logistics solutions.
In this Regional Customer Director Position
Commercial & Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the regional customer strategy.
- Identify and capture growth opportunities across the region.
- Drive customer engagement, solution innovation, and commercial excellence.
Customer Relationship Management
- Lead executive-level relationships with key customers.
- Oversee strategic account planning and performance management.
- Conduct QBRs and strategic business reviews
Revenue & Profit Growth
- Own delivery of revenue, Gross Margin (GM), and EBIT targets.
- Drive cross-border and cross-product growth.
- Lead major tenders and ensure commercial governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams.
- Support solution design and ensure operational feasibility
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to commercial governance processes.
- Drive risk mitigation and service quality improvements.
Leadership & Capability Development
- Coach commercial teams and support capability building.
- Represent the region in global customer forums.

- 8–12 years in commercial, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
- Strong track record in key account or customer leadership roles.
- Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and financial literacy.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
