ROLE SUMMARY
The Sales Specialist will drive property sales by developing client relationships, managing leads, and closing deals in Cairo's dynamic real estate market. The role requires an individual who is proactive, results-driven to drive qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
ROLE PROFILE
- Execute sales strategies as directed by the Senior Sales Manager to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide personalized property consultations, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Attend property viewings, project launches, and client meetings to drive sales conversion.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Cairo real estate market, including current inventory, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Update and manage all client interactions, leads, and sales activities in Salesforce.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 experience years of real estate sales experience, preferably with a reputable developer or brokerage..
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
