Job Details

  • Identify, target, and develop relationships with corporate clients to promote Engineering Tracks’ training and e-learning solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale account management.
  • Conduct needs assessments and consult with clients to tailor training programs that meet their organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of training solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s corporate client base.
