Requirements• Graduates only.. 1+years of experience as a customer service or telesales• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.• Basic computer skills, including typing and Excel.• Good self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and soft skills.• Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and professional under pressure.• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
