  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about Sympl’s products, services, and payment plans to existing and potential customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their experience with Sympl is positive.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service processes.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Sympl’s services based on customer needs.
  • Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Work in rotational shifts according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required.
