Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Minimum 8–12 years of construction experience. STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) / Wastewater Treatment Projects experience is mandatory. Proven experience managing construction teams and subcontractors on large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of STP construction activities, including civil and MEP integration. Familiar with construction codes, QA/QC processes, inspections, and testing procedures. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals. Experience with planning and reporting tools is a plus (Primavera, MS Project). Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure. Excellent communication and coordination skills. High level of commitment to safety, quality, and delivery. Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
