Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Care Officer. The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear and efficient communication in person or over the phone. Responsibilities also include resolving customer issues promptly, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and contributing to improving overall customer experience. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure service quality and client retention.
