Egy Cham is hiring Head of sales for one of our clients in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry.
Role Description Develop and execute the retail sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, market share, and profitability targets. Lead, manage, and develop Retail Sales Managers, Area Managers, Store Managers, and in-store sales teams. Own full accountability for retail sales targets, KPIs, forecasting, and performance reporting. Drive store performance optimization, including footfall conversion, average transaction value, upselling, and cross-selling. Ensure consistent brand standards, pricing policies, and customer experience across all retail locations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. From 8 to 12 years of experience in retail sales, with strong exposure to F&B retail operations such as restaurants, food chains, confectionery, bakeries, or FMCG retail. Deep understanding of retail KPIs, customer journey, and in-store sales optimization. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing retail teams. Solid commercial acumen with experience in pricing, promotions, and margin management.
