Job Purpose Responsible for leading and supervising daily on-ground B2B transportation operations to ensure smooth execution, on-time performance, and compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Acts as a senior point of contact between drivers, clients, and internal operations teams, while managing escalations and supporting continuous operational improvement.
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily on-site B2B transportation operations and ensure adherence to approved schedules and plans.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure attendance, readiness, and compliance with operational and safety requirements.
Act as a primary escalation point for real-time operational issues, delays, and incidents on the ground.
Support clients on-site and manage service requests or escalations in coordination with internal teams.
Monitor service quality, review operational performance, and prepare consolidated reports and analysis.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client SLAs, and support corrective actions when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience B2B operations or similar roles.
Strong communication, decision-making, and advanced problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead on-site client interactions and manage complex operational and client escalations professionally.
Strong focus on compliance, safety standards, and proactive risk identification and prevention.
Ability to review, validate, and consolidate operational and incident reports.
High level of accountability, ownership, and leadership responsibility.
Strong time management.
