In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimise performance-driven ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.
You’ll work closely with marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy, conversion goals, and ROI targets.
Key Responsibilities Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Optimise campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS performance metrics.
Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare detailed analytics reports.
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
Stay current with Google Ads updates, best practices, and algorithm changes.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximise ROI for multiple client accounts.

Proven success in driving conversions and optimising PPC campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
Experience with tools like Tag Manager, Data Studio, or Looker is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Google Ads certification preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
