§ Understand and participate in updating the architectural design standards and guidelines
§ Architectural design review to ensure compliance with the design brief, optimum design is achieved and the design integrity is maintained
§ Architecture designs of Commercial, administrative and residential buildings
§ Architecture designs of General sites of Resorts and compounds
§ Coordination between the architecture files and other engineering departments 
§ Follow up with the consultants from the concept stage to the handover stage
§ Review the submitted architectural designs to ensure integrity with adjacent developments
§ Attend design progress meetings and any other necessary meetings/workshops
§ Periodical site visits to ensure design integrity 
§ Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
§ Providing the conceptual design of Architectural drawings or Interior fit-out design requirements by the use of the architectural application.
§ Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of running a project from initial concept to completion.
§ Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits, and inspections, and prepares related reports.
§ Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, models, and mood boards.
§ Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines.
§ Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
§ Capable of running a project from initial concept to completion.
