Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a BIM Management Instructor at Link Academy. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering an online course that guides engineers through the complete technical journey of a BIM project. Instead of focusing on traditional people management, this role focuses on the management of the BIM process itself. You will teach participants how to navigate a project from start to finish—starting with BIM Strategy and Frameworks, setting up the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and establishing efficient BIM Workflows. The course covers the technical management of the model through Revit Worksharing, compliance with BIM Standards, and understanding BIM Contract Management. as a technical tool for project communication. The goal is to enable engineers to manage the digital project environment and technical team requirements with confidence.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working within the BIM process lifecycle (BEP, Standards, and Workflows). Expertise in the technical "Rules of BIM": You must deeply understand how to implement BIM Standards and manage the technical requirements of a project. Strong proficiency in Revit Worksharing and project visualization and review. Solid understanding of BIM Contracts and the technical obligations of a BIM project delivery. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to work remotely and independently.
