We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bancassurance Sales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products through our banking partners and will play a crucial role in driving our sales and customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads and referrals.- Provide expert advice to customers on various insurance products and services.- Conduct sales presentations and follow up on leads provided by the bank.- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process.- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
Skills
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.- 0-2 years of experience.- Insurance knowledge is preferable.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
