Role Description

We are seeking a District Sales Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The District Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales operations within their assigned region, guide and develop sales teams, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include planning and implementing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, developing relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to align business objectives and foster market growth.

Qualifications

Strong sales and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams. Experience in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and performance analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Problem-solving mindset and ability to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals. Proficiency in market research and sales forecasting to identify growth opportunities. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is highly desirable.
