Responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
This role oversees the internal sales team and distributor/s network, ensuring effective sales execution, strong customer relationships, and alignment with overall business objectives.
The Sales Manager works closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to drive profitability, optimize distribution performance, and strengthen market presence.
Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership Develop and implement the overall sales strategy and business development plan in line with company objectives.
Define annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for both the internal sales team and distributor/s.
Identify new market opportunities, evaluate existing distribution channels, and develop partnerships to expand market share.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with executive management on pricing strategies, product positioning, sales forecasts, and budget planning.
Distributor/s & Sales Operations Management Manage and oversee distributor/s sales operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and achievement of sales targets.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, volume, margins, and conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, pipeline management, and demand forecasting.
Continuously review and optimize sales processes, policies, and CRM usage to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and motivate internal sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Set clear objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training and development needs and support continuous professional growth.
Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration & Representation Work closely with the Marketing team to align campaigns, lead generation, and sales initiatives.
Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate demand planning, inventory alignment, and profitability.
Represent the company at key client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
MBA or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
10–12 years of progressive experience in sales management within a similar industry.
