  • Develop and execute weekly production plans in coordination with Production Planning & Sales.
  • Ensure smooth production flow across preparation, processing, packaging, sterilization, and chilled meat sections.
  • Monitor production performance and ensure adherence to production schedules.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouses, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Control waste levels, optimize resource consumption (water, electricity, materials), and improve productivity.
  • Ensure full compliance with quality systems, food safety standards (HACCP), and company procedures.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate production teams; manage shifts, attendance, and overtime.
  • Monitor production KPIs and report deviations or stoppages to senior management.
  • Ensure accurate production data entry and reporting on ERP systems (AX).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, product development, and process optimization.
  • Ensure implementation of 5S and corrective & preventive actions.
