Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in El Maadi, is for a Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The recruiter will identify talent needs, source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a strong talent pipeline, building employer branding strategies, and collaborating with department heads to fulfill hiring goals.

Qualifications
Previous experience in recruiting for one (1) year minimum. Technical or Creative roles is an advantage.
Fluency in English is a must.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Talent acquisition expertise, including candidate sourcing and recruiting skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
