Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior 3D Exhibition Stand Designer to lead creative projects using technical precision and strong design leadership. You’ll be responsible for delivering standout exhibition stand concepts, comprehensive technical documentation, and ensuring feasibility through to fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of visually compelling and structurally sound exhibition stands from concept to delivery.
- Produce highly detailed 3D renders and walkthroughs using advanced software.
- Create accurate technical drawings and fabrication-ready documentation (layouts, dimensions, lighting plans, materials, AV specifications, and structural components).
- Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring standards and design consistency.
- Coordinate across teams — from project managers to suppliers and build crews — for seamless execution.
- Iterate designs based on internal feedback and practical considerations without compromising creative quality.
- Stay informed on exhibition trends, materials, structural innovations, and industry standards.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in designing 3D exhibition stands for marketing or event agencies.Exhibition experience international is required.Software Proficiency:3Ds Max (with V‑Ray or Corona Renderer)AutoCAD or equivalent CAD softwareAdobe Photoshop and IllustratorSkills:Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with buildable technical design.Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail, especially in construction documentation.Ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines. Bonus AssetsExperience with interactive installations, digital integrations, or VR concepts.Familiarity with SketchUp, Rhino, or Blender.Prior involvement in large-scale international exhibitions (e.g., Dubai, Europe). Details:Work Location: Heliopolis, Cairo.Working Days: Monday to Thursday from Office and Friday Work from home.Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
