Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a German Recruiter, based at LEO Trading Agency in Heliopolis, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The German Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting German-speaking candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent. The recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and support onboarding processes.
Qualifications Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken Strong experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in recruitment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Previous experience in Swiss, German, or Austrian University-focused recruitment is a strong advantage
