Qualifications Strong experience in Sales and Marketing within the cosmetics. Proven ability in Market Analysis, Trend Forecasting, and Strategic Planning. Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships. Innovative mindset for creating and executing marketing campaigns, paired with analytical skills. Leadership capabilities and ability to coordinate and inspire diverse teams. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in a managerial role is a must.
